I used to have a party every two weekends.
Every party I cooked Sam-gup-sal (Korean BBQ) and Every party I can get extra
Sam-gup-sal. So I decided that make a new recipe with Sam-gup-sal.
I tried to various recipe. But most of them was so hard to make.
Finally I made a fusion recipe which used by pasta and Sam-gup-sal.
Ingredients: pasta noodle, Sam-gup-sal 200g, vegetable for salad 2 grabs, half of onion, olive oil 1/2 teaspoon, left water which is boiled the noodle 150 ml, pressed garlic 1/2 teaspoon, so-ju (vodca) 1 teaspoon, salt 1/3 teaspoon, a little bit pepper
Before cooking we have to prepare sam gup sal with
sause: pressed garlic 1/2 teaspoon, so-ju (vodca) 1 teaspoon, salt 1/3 teaspoon, a little bit pepper.
with this sause, you need to put on the sam gup sal and then wait 10m.
chop the vegetable and onion like pucture.
Boil the noodle.
prehit the fripen.
and then grill the sam gup sal . ( upside 1m, downside 1m)
prepare another fri pan.
and then put the olive oil, add onion and fri 1m.
add the special sause and extra water. and boil 30 seconds.
add the noodle and salt.
Grill 1m.
put extra sam gup sal and vegetable on the top of the noodle.
